Thor's Day/Day of Jupiter Blog #3
Thor is the Norse god of thunder, and the son of the all father, Odin. Traditionally, he had red hair, beard, and eyes, was huge in size, had an insatiable appetite, not much wit, and was regarded as the strongest of all the gods and men.
Thors most important symbol was his hammer Mjolnir. It was a weapon invented for him by the dwarves, and nothing could stop it. He also had iron gloves and a belt named Megingjard, which doubles his strength, and a chariot pulled across the sky by two giant goats, whom could be killed and eaten at any time, and then came back to life always.
