Last night Panel @the.wing was empowering. If you seen my stories I shared a glimpse of the event. This panel was about women of color experiences in this world and how they practice wellness/self care. These beautiful ladies shared about how culturally relevant wellness, ancestral, healing, modalities and being women of color manifest in our work, life and having a communal conversation. There were so many other topics like mental health, education, politics; to be around so many like minded people was just so🤤🤤🤤 thank you @ife_o (who was also one of the panel leaders) for inviting me and it was great to see @elisanwando @thewellnesssage_ @commandofitnesscollective again. Shout out to the new friends I made @sajeandluna and @happyhealthylatina(I used your post😘) btw girl you were on fire🔥 I am still fired up from last night. That’s it for today. Happy Pre-Thanksgiving. #womenofcolor#woc#mentalhealth#fitness#culture#wellness#wellbeing#strongwomen#nyc#pilatesinstructor#latinas#blackwomen#ancestors#empowering
