From ‘Women Who Run With The Wolves’
Midlife seems to be the time when this deadening or “state of suspended animation” that Clarissa Pinkola Estes calls is, it no longer tolerable to us.
We want no more of it, we want to be free to express ALL sides of ourselves: the good, the bad and the ugly.
The freer we are to do this, the less likely our body is to shout at us to take notice.
All those peri-menopausal symptoms are so much worse if you’re still “deadening”. That power, that life force, that energy is going to come through you, so let it come, embrace it, accept it.
🦂 Wow! November you are showing up with such potency!
After embarking a journey into the Mayan Jungle and meeting for the 4th time to mamá 🌬🌿Ayahuasca, life has a 180 degree, a big shift.
🌟 So many visions and thoughts collected by internal “innerstanding” (a deep understanding from the Higher Self point of view). She showed me the Human Body from the inside. I saw all the organs, I saw the cells. Then she showed me the Ocean, and the rest is just a big trip. I can’t seem to get back to the city, it’s shocking. 😔
So, to find sanity over the chaos and light from Plant Medicine, I’ve committed myself to step into a new woman. Today I’m proud enough to admit that I’ve created something I always wanted! We have a community, a group of conscious and loving women. 👱🏼♀️👩🏻🦰👩🏼🦳👩🏽👩🏻👩🏼👩🏻🦱👩🏼🦱 ✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼

Hi I'm Ash. (well... Officially 😉my name is Aisling but my friends call me Ash. 😊) Since there now 500+ of you here, I thought it was about time I introduce myself. .
💖 I'm Irish but live in one of the most beautiful and sunniest corners of the world; Gisborne, New Zealand. We are the first place in the world to see the sun each new day. . 🌅 I'm a mama to a beautiful 2 year old boy with wild hair, and married to a beautiful and musically talented Aussie with wild hair. 😁 .
🌿 I've been a school teacher for 10 years but have just resigned from my current position in order to dive deep into this new venture and pursue my passions around wellbeing and heartcentred work with women! I'm particularly passionate about helping young women / teen girls and will soon be launching my 1:1 empowerment coaching program but more on that in another post!
. 🌊 I love to move my body and dance from my heart and have flowed from bellydance to bollywood to embodied flow to hoop dancing throughout my life. My yoga journey has grown and evolved over the past decade too. I became a certified yoga teacher in Mexico almost a year ago. That and my introduction to ceremonial cacao changed my life! .
💫 I'm a bit obsessed with the moon 🌙 ... and the sun 🌞. (growing up in Ireland sunshine was rare!) I love nature and I talk to the ocean
💕 I'm a lot obsessed with pregnancy. I used to want to become a doula but now I love getting my fix being surrounded by pregnant goddesses every second Sunday at my sacred pregnancy circles. .
🌿 I like to think I'm social but I'm actually a bit of an empath who relishes and needs time alone to reset and refuel. I LOVE soulful heartfelt connection with other women which is what led me to the work I do today.
If you read this far... Thank you! And feel free to introduce yourself with a random fact or 3 in the comments below! 🙏👋🌸 #Namaste#innervibrance#introductions

Community. I promise. It heals.
Yes! I hadn’t thought of Selfcare and rest like this before reading this. What we saw last Sunday was immense courage from our circle of women. To claim what they needed for themselves. It meant identifying they needed space, then asking for what they needed and coordinating lives. This meant taking time out from the everyday. It could be seen as luxurious but it is necessary. We just have to reframe our thinking. .

The love, innocence, and wonder of these sacred sons replenishes my Spirit and fuels my devotion to the greater vision that I and many of you reading these words are being called to anchor upon this earth at this time.
Even as I have felt an almost overwhelmingly strong pull inward since the autumn equinox, I have pushed through and remained steadfast in honoring my commitments. Because that's how I roll but also because this macro vision is realized in micro increments and so each step forward counts, no matter how seemingly insignificant it may seem.
I admit that in the past several months I haven't always accomplished what I've set out to do with grace, but due to how much activity, communication, and space holding I've been involved in I've had to give myself permission to make mistakes, miss phone calls, not return messages, and perhaps lose opportunities to be able to stay the course I've set out on.
And although I've failed to meet outer expectations this doesn't change the fact that I've honored my own. Ultimately, I'm a father first, a personal father but also an archetypal father. Which means every choice I make as well as what I set out to create will be weighed against the impact it will have on my own family as well as our greater human family.
As such I'm deeply grateful for our @sacredgathering and @communityhealing families and what we co-created at @onelovefestnow. Although it was less than two weeks ago the energy we anchored is still present in my heart. We brought the shift to festival goers who came our way by sharing spirit through our human vessels for their healing and upliftment.
The @sacredsons gathered the men and @sacredsisterscircle gathered the women and we held space for each other to be born anew. Along with yoga, dancing, meditation, sound journeys, energy healing, ceremonies, and pure vibes we honored the sacred breathing life through all of us. I've also received word from One Love that our presence was much appreciated and so we will be back next year in full force!
Wishing you so much love as we shed all that is dead and dying in our life in full trust of our evolutionary process.
Since giving birth to my son nearly two years ago, I have had a very kind relationship with my moon cycle.
My moon cycle patiently waited 14 months before rejoining my life.
Motherhood brought many new changes, cycles, and rhythms,
and my moon cycle was gentle with me,
giving me the time I needed to adjust to my new life and role.
I did begin to wonder where it was,
when it would return,
and I will be honest,
I was hoping that it would never return.
Prior to becoming pregnant,
I took birth control for nearly six years.
My cycles were short and sweet
- I would forget that it was occurring.
I was worried, fearful,
and anxious thinking about the pain
I would probably endure from my cycle
now that I was no longer taking birth control.
But then my moon cycle came,
and I was okay.
She was as gentle as she could be,
while still allowing me to feel her,
to know and understand how my body works,
how her rhythms work with her,
and how my body works with her cycles.
My moon cycle began today,
about 10 days sooner than she normally does,
but I woke up this morning knowing within
that it would begin today.
My relationship with my body,
with my moon cycle,
with my intuition
has grown since becoming pregnant.
my moon cycle and pregnancy taught me
to not be fearful of my body,
to not be fearful of parts of myself,
and instead to trust in my body,
and to trust in myself.
To give myself love,
to honor my essence,
to listen to my timing,
to feel within,
and connect with

Full Moon Yoga & Cacao Ceremony
Continuing with our monthly workshop series, Transformational Yoga offers in November the very special event of "FULL MOON - Open your HEART- Yoga and Cacao Ceremony" This is a 2 hour workshop that will include a 60 minute heart opening sequence followed by a beautiful Cacao Ceremony.
⭐️Just as you can practice heart opening in your thoughts and emotions, you can also experience opening the heart space in your physical body. For many, "opening your heart" implies receptivity to love and intimacy in a romantic relationship. ⭐️However, everyone, including single yoga practitioners, can experience heart opening in other kinds of relationships. From a physiological standpoint, yoga helps decrease cardiovascular risk factors such as high cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels, and blood sugar levels. It supports regular heart rhythms, and improves the circulatory and respiratory systems. Yoga helps relieve stress and anxiety, and we know that chronic stress wreaks havoc on the body.
On the emotional side, yoga supports a healthy, open heart.
⭐️The heart chakra (one of the major energy centers in the body located at the center of the chest) then becomes closed. The heart chakra is related to our ability to give and receive love. When it is closed or imbalanced, we find it difficult to feel love, compassion, grace, and peace. We may instead feel anger, grief, and bitterness. Additionally, this imbalance can manifest in a variety of physical ailments such as lung problems, breast cancer, a compromised immune system, and blood diseases. If you have ever read about healing the body by healing the mind, you know that holding onto negative beliefs and thought patterns causes disease within the physical body. If we can address the emotional blockages, we can heal the body more effectively.
⭐️"The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart." ~Buddha
⭐️Back bending poses (actually referred to as “heart openers”) help you open and balance the heart chakra, and release tension and blocked emotions.
⭐️Cacao feeds the body, the Spirit and The Soul. It (she) was used by the Mayas and the Aztecs as the medicine for the opening of the heart.
Can you feel the moon growing?
This months circle will be a meditative journaling session led by Sita Rani MacMillan on November 23rd at 8pm. Entry by donation. Please note it is November 23rd and it will be amazing 💕
Consciously ask your intuition to show you the path. Consciously ask your courage to face the calamity. Ask your grace to face the insecurity. Ask your breath of life to face the depression. Ressurect yourself, rise and excel.
