1. What are your fitness goals?
Having energy to survive my days, looking healthy and grow young old ;). Have less fat and look good also without clothes (haha) not that I post it, it’s for myself and I’d like to love what I see and I want to feel good in my jeans and dresses :)) 2. How does your training help achieve your fitness goals?
When I train regularly I can see the changes in my physique and also in my moods.
I wake up early and don’t feel tired throughout the day.
I feel happy that I have done something right and good for myself. Training is my ‘me-time’ and my hobby.
3. How does your nutrition and diet help achieve your fitness goals?
I try to cook myself as much as possible because it’s important for me to know what goes into my body.
And on top of it, cooking has a relaxing factor and it keeps me always excited how it will taste when I try something new.
I eat balanced and I do cheat once in a while as well. I believe it’s important to keep all things balanced in life and I didn’t ever hear that someone died because he or she ate ice-cream (once in while). 😂
But the food helps a lot. I realised when I turned 41 my energy levels kept dropping and I felt fatigued. I checked my blood work and apparently had some vitamin deficiencies. First time in my life😱 .. so I take vitamin supplements but I also eat enough veggies and fruits to keep up and feel good. The fatigue feeling isn’t anymore but only because I really cook by myself and eat balanced.
4. How do you fit training into your lifestyle?
It’s a part of my life, even when I am travelling, I ensure I hit the gym some days or go for a run. It’s now a habit which I am not going to change.
The days I am not training I try to eat good and not have too many ugly foods. *** CONTINUED IN COMMENTS ***
