I will be the first to admit I am the WORST at comparing myself and my progress to others. It’s something I’ve been working really hard on lately, and as I have been focusing on myself and staying in my lane, my mindset is much better. Learn from me, and stop comparing yourself to anyone. You are dope af.

I've got to say one of the hardest things to do is to get back to it after an injury.
You get back to the gym, you feel sluggish, you feel weak, you don't lift the weight used to lift and you don't have the endurance used to have
It just fucking sucks
Yet the key is not to be unmotivated that your current physical conditioning is not what it used to be, but to be motivated that you could kick your own ass again until you're better than you used to be
One of the greatest things about physical fitness and a fitness journey is that at any time you can choose that you haven't been working hard enough and you can get a fresh start the next second, the next minute and the next time you walk into the gym
The only one that holds you back it's you and if you're going to let you stop you, then why are you trying

Lots of layers, heat turned up high and some calming tunes 🎶 means I can focus on working out all the kinks 🧘🏻♀️🙏🏼
Did you know that turning up the heat during your workouts/ stretch sessions really helps your muscles loosen therefore preventing injury? One way to do this is to wear more clothes until your body is warm, though you can also take a warm bath before, go to the sauna, or crank the heat up in your house 🔥

I did not feel like working out today but I had to be at the gym anyways so I just made myself and I’m so glad I did cause it was a good workouts! It’s crazy how that’s always the case.

HUUUGGGEE 170KG TRIPLE FRONT SQUAT PR!!!! !
Admittedly this felt pretty heavy!! Prior to these was back squats so the main focus was took off this exercise but still took everything I could!!! Very intense session tonight w/ @transformation.pt but it was definitely what was needed!! 🔥 Finished with triple drops on leg press and it only took 1 all out set on leg extensions!! That shows that when intensity levels are at there highest and nothing is left one all out Set is enough.
