Step 2 in L-Sit progression: Supported holds with one foot raised. Trying to hold these babies for at least one minute, for three sets. On my way to a clean L-sit! Also I noticed that my hand positioning isn’t correct, should’ve moved them to be parallel with my chest instead of leaning forward!

On a little more serious note I felt bloated last week didn’t work out a wink and I felt super sad and depressed people called me fat and it’s ok. I got ways to go to fixing this Dad bod of mine (not even a dad) but fitness is progress over time and this time I made better choices. Here’s to making better choices moving forward
