hey!! comin' at you guys with a back workout I did this weekend! for all my upper body work I tend to use lighter weight and higher reps just because I'm not looking to gain much size in my upper body right now & heavy weight will often do that! save the workout and try it out!! ▪️close grip lat pull down ▪️single arm straight arm lat pull down
