I'm really excited and grateful💗 for how far I've come on this journey in the last year. A year and a half ago I was very out of shape- I fatigued easily and found it challenging to get just my everyday stuff done. I can remember coming home from the grocery store and just having everything ache. My back and my legs hurt from walking and standing. I knew I needed to do something, but I was afraid working out might just make me MORE tired than I already was😔. I finally decided I needed to do this for me and at least give it a try. At that point I didn't think I could make it any worse. I wanted to feel better more than anything. So I jumped in and joined my first support & accountability group and never looked back!!!🙈 Today, I am still a work in progress and while I'm not perfect and still have days I feel wiped out, for the most part I have so much more energy, I am stronger, and I know my stamina and endurance have improved the MOST! Now instead of 70 I am feeling more like (dare I say 50). 😜
Quality of life and my independence into my golden years is definitely important to me!! I'm so grateful I was given this opportunity to be in a support group and shown the amazing programs that have literally changed my life! You don't have to stay STUCK - you can do this right along with me. Since my new group is officially kicking off in 2 weeks, I decided to focus on short, week long programs until then.
So this week I’m going back to one of my favorites that released almost a year ago (damn time flies). A benefit of switching it up? Using equipment that you haven’t used in a while! It’s really amazing what these little loops and sliders can do for a body. 😜
Gotta love having the Netflix of fitness at your fingertips. The possibilities are endless. 😁
30 minutes and done. Who doesn’t have time for that?? 😉
