Here is a little bit of my leg workout I did!
It’s mostly basic compound exercises, but I find I get really good results and muscle growth with these 💪🏻🔥 nail your form on the basics! Form matters!!! It helps you not injure yourself as well as you get better results if you do the exercises with proper form! So if you struggle to use proper form when you do exercises with barbells THAT IS OKAY 💛 Work on using body weight at first and get your form right, then try using a dumbbell and then work up to using a barbell ☺️ Here is the workout I did...SAVE AND TRY FRIENDS 🔥🍑
Curtsy lunges with barbell 6 per leg x 3
Hip thrusts 10 x 3 **slow controlled reps (2 sec up 2 sec down)
Barbell front squat 8 x 3
Late night gym sesh at the hotel gym. Whew forget the gym, the view was amazing at the Pasadena palace.
Had a few variances of exercises that I missed from back home. Quick full body workout complete in under 30 mins! More like a circuit workout. Had to get the blood pumping to get the sweat on. Remember: (disclaimer coming up) Without sweat you get no where. Either do cardio first or some sauna but always get the pump in before the main event.
After about a week and a half of being extremely under the weather, I am back! Coming for that leg day @therealbartscott

Happiness comes when you take care of yourself from the inside out. When I started to be consistent with making smarter food choices and found what type of workouts i loved and worked best for my body, that’s when the results started showing. My bloating went down significantly and my body started actually gaining the muscle tone I’ve always wanted!
‼️I do wanna say that my goals are not solely on appearance.. how I feel everyday is SO much more important than having the best body, abs or butt ‼️
Yes, i still eat sweets (i have biggest sweet tooth ever🙋🏼♀️, drink wine, eat the pizza i am craving), but it’s in moderation. I am committed to be the best version of myself each and everyday. This is a lifestyle for me which means it needs to be sustainable. 100% Restriction is not sustainable.
I love sharing everything i know & have learned about living a healthy lifestyle because i do believe creating one for yourself is so important. Work hard, eat well (treat yourself) & celebrate what your body is capable of. You only get one body, don’t fill it & treat it like trash everyday. Stay Consistent and work hard & you will be where you want to be💛

Repeat everything 3 times with 1 min rest in between every set💪🏻
1. Dumbbell Upright Rows 3x 16 reps
2. Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises 3x 16 reps each arm
3. Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x 16 reps
4. Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls 3x 16 reps each arm
5. Dumbbell Shoulder Shrug 3x 16 reps

- Pulse Squat - 10 reps
-Straight into 10 regular squats (next vid)
-Leg extension- one legged negatives - 10 reps
-Straight into plate jump front squats- 15 reps
-Alternating one legged leg extension 15 reps
- Straight into plate jump front squats again - 15 reps

💦 Grab a kettlebell & a towel, because you’re going to be sweating with this full body routine!
📝 Perform as a circuit:
45 seconds each
15 sec rest in between
60 sec rest after each round
3-5 rounds total
1. KB catch clean & press
2. Sprinter lunges (R/L)
4. Mountain climbers
