Have you had the incredible privilege of having fried Bai cheese before? Airy, light, savory, and just fresh-tasting (right? We can't believe how something fried like this can taste so fresh!). Dali is one of the only parts of China that has its own native cheese-making culture. Historically, most people and areas in China don't use many dairy products (hence the reason so many Chinese are lactose-intolerant) but the cheese here is said to have originated from the Mongolian takeover of this region in 1253. 📍@thelindencentre

You don’t need a grill to have a kebab! Also kids seem to love making and eating food on sticks. Mixing and matching...note: the feta cubes looked pretty but totally crumbled when skewered. Tag a friend who would like a mozzarella-watermelon-pesto-avo skewer!
This guy, Chef Matt (aka: @mattbrownbear), is reporting to you live from NYC's pride march, via our stories. Here he is, salty while salting vegetables (as per), for dinner with our friends @manrepeller last week. We were proud of him then, and we're real proud of him now. 🌈
