#bakasana - I love crow pose, I’m working on straightening to crane, some days it works others not but that depends on my core as essentially it’s the core that lifts the butt and legs high allowing for the straight arms. This was taken after a 75 min class so I was a little pooped. .
It’s winter in Dubai and I find it hilarious people are moaning how cold it is! I love it - we get to spend all day every day outside in the gorgeous weather as we cannot for 5 months of the year during summer.
Live for the day - forget the past - the future will come so focus in the moment. Enjoy every second of each day and be grateful as there is always someone worse off in a different situation. 💕💕💕💕

With every movement I make, I aim to become closer to respecting my own intuition. .
The human body is an amazing system and it sends us constant signals for its every need-
But in a world with millions of glittery distractions it's so easy to tune these signals out. .
More than anything else, my motivation to practice yoga, exercise, or take time for any sort of conscious movement is primarily to learn to respect the wishes of my own body.
All other physical and mental benefits are secondary. They will follow. .
Our time with #stormofposes is sadly coming to an end. I leave on the note of a #threeleggeddog for the Starks. GoT underdogs who are making a serious comeback... that won’t be confirmed until 2019 😒😑. Thank you to @steph_nerdyogi & @colleen_theyogi for another GoT themed challenge!! _

Yoga has brought some pretty incredible people into my life. Today I'm feeling especially grateful for friends that have an uncanny ability to draw out the root of what I'm holding onto that doesn't serve me. Yesterday @hayleenymanyoga had me in tears after she helped me uncover how to get out of my own way and let go of something I didn't even know I was clinging to. I never thought I'd be appreciative of anyone making me cry but here we are. 😭♥️♥️♥️
