Our Reality Is Not The Infinitely Stretching Cosmos But The Small Part We Choose To Focus On. Reality Exist because Our Mind Exist. Without The Mind, There Would Be No Universe.
Looking back can be incredibly hard, but then I realize how far I’ve come, even when it doesn’t look or feel like it. I took big risks both professionally and personally, I didn’t know if things would work out. But finally I’m healthy and happy and seeing the benefits of those decisions. 💕 #transformationtuesday#ayearofyoga2018#stillsAssy
My word for 2018 is Surrender.
I am learning to live between effort and surrender. the difference between what I can control and what I can't. learning to not resist the direction of the wind. letting go of expectations and outcomes. When fear gets the best of me, I will surrender to love. When I release my resistance to love's presence, I am able to receive what i need and trust that whatever it is will serve a higher purpose. In this surrender, I will be free. I will be happy. I surrender.
What's your word of the year?
Note to self: my word of 2017 was Equanimity.
I always try to put myself in other's shoes, to try to better understand the situation.. I don't know when I started doing this, but I do know I feel more compassionate! My advice may not be the best, but it's from the heart! ❤
