@Regran_ed from @brucedierl - The presshandstand and the lean, get this question sometimes as to how much to lean or whether there should be any lean? Or is it bad for the wrist?
Taken that wrists are conditioned to handle presswork and the handstand is relatively stable, having some lean is fine. In the first clip, I do my best version of the press and strive for minimal lean in the shoulders, as you can see there is still a bit.
The issue with regards to leaning (assuming physical preparation is ok) in the press is not so much the lean, but the collapse in the shoulder prior to pressing. This I try to demonstrate in the 2nd clip, the break in shoulder angle (so rather than a curved back, it's more angular) as I continue to press to handstand. In this situation, the pressure felt in the wrist is higher as compared to when pressing with the collapse in the shoulders. This version has a higher chance to cause wrist issues.
In the 3rd clip, the press to handstand from straddle L is done with as minimal lean and in the 4th clip, closer to a planche press. In my opinion, as long as the shoulders are engaged it is both fine. However to improve press numbers or longevity in handbalancing, the one shown in the 3rd clip is technically better and places less stress in the wrist in the long run.
The main takeaway is making sure shoulders are engaged strongly during presshandstand practice.
