I retain information better when I can do things more hands on, so as I studying #yoga I thought it would be nice to create pictures! As you know I have been learning about the 6 main paths in yoga and I have been learning about #jnanayoga . I have been practicing the art of #meditation and in my meditation doing some self reflection... this has been a huge struggle for me... not only can I not sit still but silence is so distracting for me 🤣I am glad I get the opportunity to learn about these different paths in a hands on manner to help me choose my own path. #blessed 📿🙏🏼🕉💕
FUN FACT #2: I used to sing, like... for real, I used to be really good, would sing in front of big crowds and just let my heart out off of the microphone, now I can’t even sing in the shower... I miss it
