Yin yoga sequence to relax and release any stress or tension in shoulder, neck , lower back & hamstrings. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy. Try and spend some time with your mind & body understanding what they are feeling. Listen to your body. Be in your happy zone atleast once a day. Let your mind calm and soothe. Push out all the negativities that no longer serves you.

Humbleness brings change
The best way I experienced to change a persons opinion is through listening and asking questions. Its pointless to throw opinions at each other without going beyond the surface.
I believe the prerequisite for change is humbleness. When we decide to listen and simply ask questions we are humble and leave space for the other person to think about their own words.
Space that the person may need not to feel threatened to become humble as well becausr we all may carry wrong convictions.
