Days 30 & 31 ✅ I DID IT! I’ve completed my 2nd month-long yoga challenge and it feels fan-FREAKIN-tastic!! If you would have asked me just 6 months ago if I thought I could do yoga almost every single day for 2 months I would have said “Hell no!” Having been quite ill for 3 years, my body & mind were just not strong enough to get started. But after a little healing I came to realize this is exactly what my body & mind need to continue on my journey towards achieving good health and inner peace.☮️ My heart is so happy & my body feels so fulfilled!💟 I am blown away by the muscle definition I’ve developed 💪🏼 + the increase in my flexibility (hello, mermaid, I’m coming for you)! 🧜♀️ >> 31 Day Flexibility Yoga with @sarahbethyoga .
#BalancedForSpring | Day 2 | Balance on feet/foot
Vrkshasana or Tree pose helps to tone the leg muscles and gives a sense of balance and poise. This is highly recommended to increase the concentration in kids. We learn to focus and concentrate by practicing this pose. ❇Hosts:

2nd day of #yogisforbodhi
With a #sideplank
Today I want to introduce you to Kathy (Swipe left ➡️to meet her)
She came to my life when I was just 10, I saw her come into this world and I chose her among 5 more puppies. She was the tiny, shaky and cutest thing I'd ever seen. We spent over 10 years together, we traveled, we learned how to swim in the ocean. .
I remember a time that we were separated for about 6 months. When we met again, she jumped towards me and she cried like claiming me why did I left her for so long, but she was wagging her tail so hard that I knew she was happy to see me, as I was and that she would forgive me. .
She gave me a happy life, but then... cancer. Uterine cancer. She was already old to fight that battle. Devastation.
One day after a heavy rain I came back home... she didn't come out to greet me. I looked for her... nothing. I asked my mom and with tears in her eyes she couldn't say a word. I don't know if I really understood what was happening but I tried to find her in each corner of the house crying so desperately. Then... I gave up. I understood she was gone.
I cried a river... 💔 .
That night was my bestfriend's birthday party. With my swollen eyes I went just to "make presence" but I wasn't there. A part of me was gone. .
I repeated thousand times that I didn't want a dog never again, but I'm the kind of girl who walks thru the streets wanting to pick up each dog on her way 🤷🏼
I knew the time would come again and now I have not 1 but 2 reasons to smile again. .
It's painful to think they won't live longer than us. Tears occasionally appear, specially on that date or just in days like today. But, I really wish all people can feel that kind of love at least once in their lifetime, because it is a love that makes marks. She made a MARK in my life. I loved her so much. 🐩💙
Welcome to day 3️⃣ of #YogisForBodhi 💙! Today’s pose is up dog 🐕, or pig 🐷! You all are blowing me away with your awesome creativity! I’m also learning a lot too. Rebecca has done tons of research, and I’m so grateful she is passing to knowledge to us 🙌🏼!

👉🏽Pet Cancer Warning Sign 3
CHANGE IN APPETITE
Our pets won’t stop eating without a good reason. While a lack of appetite does not automatically indicate cancer, it is still something you’ll want to bring up to your veterinarian. Oral tumors can also cause difficulty or pain when eating or swallowing.
🌟SPOTLIGHT ON: The @nationalcaninecancerfoundation is working on a new treatment called called Canine Infusion Therapy or CIT.
CIT comes from the simple revelation that cancer cells, unlike normal cells that use oxygen, rely other sources for energy. With CIT, the cancer cells are weakened by removing those sources of energy. By timing the administration of treatment to when the cancer cells are starved for energy, the cancer cells are significantly impaired and small dosages of the CIT treatment can actually do more damage at these points in time when cancer cell defenses are down.

Day 1 of #YogisForBodhi
is #downdog 🐕 This challenge is to create awareness of cancer and pets! The second picture here is of my old Best friend Mojo. That dog was my doggie soul mate, and just over a year ago I lost him to cancer of the spleen. He held a huge place in my heart, and it still hurts for him. So during this challenge we are sharing info to educate you daily on things to look for in our pets to be preventive in this terrible cancer battle
Note of the day - – Behavior Changes
Has your normally mellow dog been snapping? Is she spending more time away from you? She could be in pain. Also pay attention to how she is walking, eating and playing. If you notice any limping or struggling – it’s time to see the vet.
