Used my regular waffle recipe (main ingredients are banana, egg and coconut flour) and added cacao powder to make it chocolatey. This one is a keeper for sure! ✅

In a blender, blend till smooth:
1 ripe banana
1 egg and 1 egg white
2 TB @bobsredmill coconut flour
2 TB @betterbodyfoods cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Preheat waffle iron and grease/spray. Add batter and cook till done. Top with caramelized bananas 🍌 and @crazyrichardspb creamy peanut butter 😍

I am not the same woman I was last year. I didn't had a job as a nutritionist, didn't wanted to live my life in relationship to God and was so immature in many aspects of my life.
I had so many plans that didn't work out but looking at how much BETTER things turned out this year I just can't believe it!

2 cups oats
¼ cup pecans
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup roasted or raw cashews
¼ cup dried mixed fruit
¼ cup freeze dried strawberries or raspberries
¼ cup freeze dried blueberries
¼ cup coconut oil
⅓ cup maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Pinch of cardamom
Combine oats, raw nuts, seeds and spices in bowl. Mix well. Add in coconut oil and maple syrup, mix well. Spread into a thin layer on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 330 degrees for 12 minutes, flip and put back in for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Add in raisins and roasted nuts/seeds, mix well again and place in Mason jars. Keeps on the counter for three days and in the refrigerator for a week.
unfortunately they weren’t cut cute because I forgot to bring cupcake trays to my friend’s house 🤦🏻♀️ but cheers to delicious #vegan and #glutenfree rasberry cheesecake ❤️ the best part of this cheesecake is probably the crust which was made out of only dates and raw walnuts ☺️ and it was our first time making this and everyone at work LOVED it.
Can there be too many waffles in ones feed? 😋 These were the first pumpkin waffles I made this season served with all the fresh fruit and a pumpkin filled with apple crumble on the side. #ThisIsHowIBrunch ✌🏻
