With so many different brands and products on the market these days it’s hard to know what works, what is necessary and what is just a pretty package, marketed well, that serves no purpose or benefit to our body’s whatsoever. ———————————————————————-
So...do they work?
I’m a firm believer that there is no magic pill, ‘women’s protein’ is total BS and you can’t just take a fat burner whilst still eating crap and expect it’s going to work.
BUT, if you are putting in the work: training hard, being consistent and eating a nutritious diet, then there are certain supplements that will compliment your routine very well and you will probably find that you will achieve results faster. ————————————————————————-
The reason I say ‘certain’ supplements is because the industry is so saturated now and there are a lot of supplements with cheap/weird ingredients I can’t even pronounce, that are really no good.
