3D Printed GT500 😍
The GT500 FINALLY will be unveiled on 1.14.19 at the Detroit Auto Show!! Ford teased this pic of the handbuilt V8 with the massive supercharger and the reveal date! We also now know that the GT500 will feature unique 3D printed brake components, developed at its Advanced Manufacturing Center. With a $45million investment, the new facility has 135,000sq ft of space with 23 3D printers… and these aren’t those plastic squirters you see everywhere, these beats 3D print metal… yeah metal as well as Nylon, sand, and carbon. 🔥The 5.2L supercharged Predator V8 should make 770-772HP and around 743lb-ft of torque! It should also ditch the flat plane crank for a conventional cross plane but that’s not confirmed! We can see a TopSpeed of over 200MPH since the Speedo goes to 214MPH🔥There is also a massive hood bulge with a heat vented extractor hiding the new V8. The rear gets quad exhaust with MASSIVE tips along with a aggressive lambo looking rear diffuser. With these custom 3D printed brakes, expect a very unique design with intricate shapes and slots to provide one of the best braking experiences…….also I’m sure replacements with be INSANELY expensive.
EXTRA: REMEMBER, this will be a track monster AND a straight line beast, but not a Drag Car! 😈

Wanted to repost this illustrations because they were an important part of the year, of my present and future work. I got a lot of gigs because of them, and a lot of people heard of my work thanks to these. I'd like to make improved versions, but I also accept them as they are :) Back on the store 👹
