It may be Monday, but some of y’all may feel like you weren’t “perfect” with your nutrition or training targets over the weekend. Hey, it happens to just about EVERYONE! You say you don’t want that to ruin your ability to succeed ultimately towards your fitness or aesthetic goals? Ok, then DON’T. Seriously. Don’t let the imperfections over a short time make you feel like you should throw in the towel! Refocusing and getting back to it is wayyyy more effective than quitting altogether and wasting negative mental energy beating yourself up. Then you’re just extra sad and feel extra crappy and have little to show for it. Just as you won’t build your dream physique in two days, it’s honestly damn near impossible to do lasting major setbacks from a few days “off” plan. #YayScience 🤓 I’m not saying you should make a point of slacking, but I’m human and I know I’m far from perfect every day. The thing is: I don’t dwell on it and I get back to 💯 adherence ASAFP. And hey, life’s working out A-OK! So, my advice: pick yourself up, be patient with yourself, move forward & move ON! #ShitWillBuffOut#GetBackOnIt#GetOuttaYourHead#RantOver ✌️

Zuletzt war ich unfreiwillig in Paris, denn eigentlich wollten wir in den Süden von Frankreich.
Gute Frage, wie man es schafft plötzlich im Pariser Berufsverkehr zu stecken. Und ja, ich bin gefahren! 😁
Da man aber schon einmal da war, haben wir einen kurzen, ( was Mann so kurz nennen darf, wenn man einen Parkplatz in der Nähe vom Eifelturm sucht uuuuund wo man auch einparken kann 😁) Zwischenstopp eingelegt!
Jemand schon einmal in Paris Auto gefahren?! Oder in welcher Ecke der Welt war das Auto fahren ein Horror?
Yesterday I had my integrity questioned. I kind of got excited (because if you ain’t got haters… lol) but then I remembered that not everyone knows my story. Not everyone knows how many transformations I’ve been a part of. So not everyone would know whether the things I post are real.
In 2013 I competed in my first NPC fitness competition. I wanted to prove that I could get into competition shape with only 35 minutes of kettlebells 6 days a week and a strict carb cycling diet for bodybuilders. I placed 4th out of 16 in a very competitive Muscle Contest show in San Diego. I brought home my first trophy and decided to do another show.
Two months later, I placed 4th out of 19 at the Memorial Day Muscle Beach Show in Venice. Again, using only kettlebells and carb cycling with a diet ranging from 1200 to 1300 calories per day. My staple items in my diet were chicken breast, lettuce, egg whites, cherry tomatoes, brown rice and oats. No fruit, no supplements, just clean eating without any pills. This time I came home with another trophy, zero energy, hair that was falling out, and a mother who was determined that I had an eating disorder because I looked sick close up.
I loved the way my body looked, but I hated the way I felt. My friends were noticing too. They asked how much longer I was going to do this. Was I planning on doing another show? Was I going to lose more weight? I had a couple of cheat meals. Then I had a couple more. And then the weight started coming back - quickly. I had worked my ass off to get fit, and I was terrified to lose it. I had people who saw my posts about my shows wanting to train with me and asking for advice. There wasn’t a chance in hell I was going to have one of them feel the way I felt.
